bktoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with our licensing obligations and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Required documents may include a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) days may result in temporary suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Each individual is permitted only one (1) account with bktoto. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. bktoto employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

Deposits are typically credited to your bktoto Account within 2-5 minutes for bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB Monday through Friday) and within 30-90 seconds for e-wallet transfers at any time. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 2 hours. If your deposit is not credited within these timeframes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your bktoto Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing. bktoto reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds and to reject deposits or reverse withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.
bktoto provides responsible gaming tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once activated, these limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 72 hours, though they can be decreased or removed immediately. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically completed within 30-90 seconds at any time, 24/7. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time (up to 24 hours) for enhanced security verification.
bktoto does not charge fees for withdrawals up to Rp 5,000,000 per transaction. Withdrawals exceeding this amount may be subject to a processing fee of 1% of the amount over Rp 5,000,000. Your chosen payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own fees, which are beyond bktoto's control.
To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting withdrawal. This is not a profit requirement—wins and losses are irrelevant to this calculation, only total wagering amount.

We also reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, though bonuses already credited to your account will generally be honored under their original terms.
All bets placed through bktoto are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, syndicate betting, arbitrage opportunities, technical errors, or bets that exceed our risk management limits. If a bet is rejected, your stake will be immediately returned to your account balance.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. In the event of disputes, postponements, or abandoned events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sportsbook rules. Casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games are settled immediately upon completion of each round based on the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome.
